Beth has been employed at Village Community Services, formerly Victoria Village since 1986. Over time, she has worked as a Direct Support Professional, Lead Staff, and Program Manager. Her current adventure is starting an agency training program for all levels of staffing within Village Community Services to strengthen support for the IDD population we provide services for in Residential Supported Living. She has been married for twenty-five years. She and her husband share a twenty-something son. In her spare time away from work she spends time with family and friends both locally and out of state.
