Building Safer Spaces for Sexual & Gender Minorities - Part 1

I learned how to navigate through some of these more sensitive conversations. This will help me to be better able to advocate for individuals within the context of their needs.
— OTAC participant

Description:

LGBTQ+ people are often marginalized and omitted from the dominant narrative about relationships and sexual development – meaning they often don’t get the support they need or want. They may even be afraid or unsure how to tell you about their needs. This training equips you with basic strategies to demonstrate openness, respond thoughtfully, and support someone to explore and express their own identity.
