Myles Maxey, PhD
Myles (he/him) is the Regional Stabilization Specialist for the State of Washington Developmental Disabilities Administration Region 1, where he focuses on supporting individuals with co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental and behavioral health needs. He holds a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies. He brings deep expertise in human development, family-centered support, and human rights, particularly within disability and behavioral health. As a professional, parent, and ally, he is committed to empowering families, fostering inclusive practices, and driving meaningful change. Myles is married; he and his wife are dedicated parents of five children. As a family, they enjoy playing and watching a variety of sports.
