Roxana was born in El Salvador and is a native Spanish speaker. She is the mother of an 18-year-old with dyslexia, a 16-year-old with Autism, ADHD, Auditory Processing Disorder and Speech and Language Impairment and an energetic 10-year-old. When she is not working, you'll find her enjoying some quality time with her boys. She takes advantage of living just a few minutes away from the beach and takes multiple drives a week to enjoy the waves.

 She is passionate about providing information to the communities with children and adults with disabilities. For the last 15 years her focus has been supporting families who have children with disabilities by providing direct support to the parent or children. For 11 years she has been a Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Facilitator in multiple levels. Her focus with Triple P has been to provide families who have children with disabilities strategies to decrease unwanted behaviors while creating a positive parent child relationship.
