Sarah has 30 years of experience in long-term care. Her degreed background is in Communication Studies with emphasis on identity and intercultural communication. She's an excellent facilitator and team supporter with tons of stories to share and lots of training in thinking outside of boxes. Supporting people with diverse needs to be able to stand in their power in relationships is her passion and she has the ability to speak to people from whatever cultural/social backgrounds they come from while advocating for the individual from their perspective.
