Social-Sexual Assessment Tools
Description:
This training will teach participants how to use 2 different assessment tools to evaluate sexual ‘incidents’. The first is designed to assess a person’s social-sexual behavior and the second is designed to assess a person’s social-sexual conditions/context. Both tools include a section with possible proactive and reactive recommendations for a person’s support team to follow. In combination, these tools cover over 16 critical aspects of evaluation.

evaluate social-sexual behaviors
help determine a person’s need for education, skill-building and supervision
make recommendations that balance safety, accountability, and legal rights
promote healthy sexuality and relationships for vulnerable and supported people, and people needing long-term care
