Description:

Helping someone find, and keep a job, is rewarding - but can also be very challenging… especially when you’re trying to help someone understand workplace relationship boundaries and expectations. This training is for employment support professionals who want to set their clients up for success on the job by helping employers clarify rules and expectations for how people interact on the job.

This training can be delivered as a stand-alone topic, or part 2 of a two-part series.

  • Identify workplace guidelines, policies, and consequences regarding relationships and sexuality

  • Promote and normalize discussions of boundaries in a work setting

  • Advocate for corrective feedback
